Delivery

Linen Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days, subject to availability. Your delivery may require signature on arrival. Where possible we will forward you tracking details to allow you to monitor your shipment.

Returns Policy

Should any of your ordered items be deemed unsuitable, you can return them to Customer Services. Please contact us for details. info@lingedesalpes.com.

Items must be returned with 30 days from the date of delivery, unused and with all its original packaging and labelling. Please ensure you enclose a copy of your Delivery Note in the package.

Once received, Linge Des Alpes  will refund the goods less a 15% charge of the value of the products as a contribution to the cost of handling and re-stocking and shall charge for any delivery of replacement products at the prevailing delivery charge rates.

Should items be defective, or should your order be incorrect (i.e. due to a picking error), you have seven days to notify us.

Please note that Bespoke Linen Products or any embroidered or heat stamped items cannot be returned unless faulty.

All beds  and all mattresses are manufactured within accepted tolerances.  Whilst every mattress is produced to the required size, a small variance is normal.  These tolerances are typical, accepted and understood across the industry. Beds and mattresses cannot be returned unless faulty.
